Creamy mushroom noodle soup. I make the noodles from scratch. A tiny bit labor intensive, but well worth the effort. Gets a little extra personality from a touch of brandy!

Lazy Enchiladas: cut up chicken, cook in frying pan until slightly pink, add enchilada sauce and cheddar cheese soup. Tear up flour tortillas until most of the sauce is soaked up. Pour in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese of choice and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Yummo!
